Erythritol: The Natural Secret to Guilt-Free Indulgence

Erythritol is a natural sweetener belonging to the sugar alcohol family known as polyols, which are found abundantly in fruits and vegetables such as grapes and watermelon, as well as in soy sauce. 🌟
It is very low in calories: 0.2 kcal/g compared to 4 kcal/g for sugar. This makes it an excellent alternative for reducing sugar intake while still enjoying your favorite treats. 🥰
Here is my best chocolate recipe using erythritol 🍫:

Ingredients:
150g dark chocolate (100% cocoa)
20g erythritol
15cl heavy liquid cream (full fat)
5cl almond milk
4 eggs
Instructions:
🌟 Melt the chocolate in a double boiler (bain-marie), remove from heat, and set aside.
🌟 Whisk the egg yolks with the erythritol, then stir in the melted chocolate followed by the almond milk.
🌟 Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold half of the egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
🌟 Delicately incorporate the remaining egg whites.
🌟 Whip the heavy cream until stiff (chantilly) and gently fold it into the chocolate-egg mixture.
🌟 Pour into 4 small ramekins and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
