• Shipping Methods: We use USPS/FedEx/UPS for delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

• Shipping Area: We ship only within the continental United States.

2. Returns and Exchanges (Retail Products):

• Eligibility: Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Opened products may not be returned due to hygiene and quality control standards.

3. Treatment Services:

• All sales of medical-aesthetic services and treatments provided by Skinology by Sophie Champmartin are final. We do not offer refunds on services rendered. We are committed to patient satisfaction and will discuss any concerns regarding treatment outcomes directly with the patient to determine appropriate corrective steps.
