Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable, and ours is too. When an appointment is scheduled, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Because the preparation required for specialized aesthetic treatments is significant, changes to your schedule must be made with adequate notice. 48-Hour Notice Requirement We require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This window allows us to offer the reserved time to clients on our waiting list and ensures our providers’ schedules remain efficient. Cancellation Fees Cancellations or Rescheduling made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost or 100$ of the scheduled service. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.
