Chloé Simioni is an internationally recognized cosmetic tattoo artist, award-winning competitor, and professional trainer, with over nine years of experience in advanced micropigmentation. Her work is grounded in anatomy, human expression, and precision—skills shaped by an early career in fine arts, sculpture, and special-effects makeup.

Chloé earned her Master Makeup Artist diploma from the Cinema Makeup School in Hollywood, where her training in body painting, prosthetics, and hyper-realism naturally led her to cosmetic tattooing. Since then, she has obtained 11 professional certifications, worked with more than 2,000 clients, and expanded her practice to include areola reconstruction tattooing, supporting breast-cancer survivors through restorative work that emphasizes confidence and dignity.

An official international AMIEA trainer since 2022, Chloé has trained with global industry leaders and is recognized for her technical excellence and high-level teaching skills. Her competitive achievements include 1st place in Powder Brows at Browista Canada 2025, 2nd place in Hair-Stroke Brows at Wulop Canada (2024 and 2025), and a Top-25 worldwide ranking at the Wulop International Championships in Antalya, Turkey.
